Terms of Service

To use the App, you must create an account using one of the following methods:

• 🍎 Sign In with Apple

You are responsible for:

• 🔒 Maintaining the security of your account
• 📱 All activities that occur under your account
• ⚠️ Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• 🚫 Record conversations without the knowledge and consent of all parties involved
• 🚫 Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• 🚫 Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• 🚫 Upload malicious content or viruses
• 🚫 Use the App to harass, threaten, or defraud others
• 🚫 Share your account credentials with others
• 🚫 Use automated means to access the App (bots, scrapers)
• 🚫 Resell or distribute the App or its services without authorization

The App uses AI to generate transcriptions, meeting summaries, action items, and project documents. Please note:

• ⚠️ AI-generated content may not always be 100% accurate. Always review and verify AI-generated transcriptions, summaries, and decisions before relying on them.
• 📝 You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of meeting transcripts and summaries before using them for official purposes.
• ✏️ You may edit, correct, and customize AI-generated content at any time.
• 🔐 Your audio recordings are sent to our servers for AI processing. Your data stays private and is processed only for your account.
• 💬 The Project Chatbot uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to answer questions based on your project documents. It does not provide legal, medical, or professional advice.

Our Property: The App, including its design, logo, features, and code, is owned by Webelight Solutions and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the App, including recordings, transcripts, notes, and project documents. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the App's services.

AI Content: AI-generated transcriptions, summaries, action items, and project documents are owned by you. You may use, modify, and share them as you see fit.

You may terminate your account at any time:

1. Open App Settings Navigate to Account & Privacy → Delete Account.
2. Confirm Deletion Read the warnings and confirm you want to proceed.
3. Verify Identity Enter your password to complete the deletion.

Account deletion is permanent: All your data — recordings, transcripts, summaries, project documents, and account information — will be permanently erased from our servers within 30 days.

We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including:

• ✓ Warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• ✓ Warranty that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• ✓ Warranty that any AI-generated content will be accurate or complete

We do not guarantee that the App will meet your expectations or work on all devices. You use the App at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information on our Terms. The "Effective date" at the top of this page indicates when the current Terms were last updated.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
