📱 How to Delete Your Account

Deleting your account is simple and can be done directly from the app:

Open the App Settings Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner of the app.
Navigate to Account Scroll down and tap on "Account & Privacy" or "Delete Account."
Confirm Your Decision Read the warnings carefully, then tap "Delete My Account" to confirm.
Enter Your Password Verify your identity by entering your account password as a final step.

🗂️ What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

✓ 👤 Your account profile and personal information
✓ 🎬 All meeting recordings stored with your account
✓ 📝 Meeting transcripts and notes
✓ 📇 Your contact list and sharing preferences

⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data — including recordings, transcripts, and settings — will be permanently erased from our servers within 30 days. Make sure to download any recordings you want to keep before deleting your account.

⏳ What Happens After Deletion

Once your account deletion request is confirmed:

🚫 Your account is immediately disabled and you can no longer sign in
🗄️ Your data is permanently deleted from our active servers
📧 You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
✅ All data is fully removed within 30 days
